Two example sites for made-up businesses, built the same way I'd build yours. Every site is designed around who calls that business and what they need.

From what's already public about your business, I put together a working version of your new site. It's free, with no obligation.
Like it? We go ahead. Don't? No hard feelings, and no invoice.
Your site goes live on your own domain, and I look after the hosting, security and changes from then on.
What you get
Most of your customers find you on their phone, so every page is designed for a small screen first.
A call button that's always in reach, because a phone call is the enquiry that counts.
Quote requests land straight in your inbox, with spam filtered out.
Hosted in Sydney on Amazon Web Services and served from Australian locations, with HTTPS on every page.
You own your domain. If you ever leave, it goes with you.
Need to update your hours, add a service or swap a photo? Just send me a message.
Pricing
No setup fee, no lock-in contract, and the preview is free. You only pay once you've seen your preview and want to go ahead.
Your domain is included: a new .com.au, .au or .com at the standard price. Premium names, or ones bought from someone else, are extra.
I'm not registered for GST, so no GST is added. The price is the price.

About
I've been building software for more than 20 years. I live in Moreton Bay on Brisbane's north side, and I work with businesses right across Greater Brisbane.
I'm doing this because local businesses deserve a website that brings in work, without the stress, the jargon or the long contracts, at a price that's fair.
Questions
Yes. I build it before you commit to anything. If you don't want to go ahead, you don't pay a cent.
There's no lock-in. You pay month to month and can cancel any time. Your site stays live until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Yes. I register it in your business's name (a .com.au needs your ABN) and the cost is included while you're with me. If you ever leave, it goes with you.
Nothing to start. I build the preview from your public details. If you go ahead, send me your logo, photos and anything you'd like changed.
No. I'm not registered for GST, so $69 a month is exactly what you pay.
Tell me a little about your business and I'll put together a free preview of your new website.
